Are there any delivery charges?
We offer free delivery on all orders over ￡20. We charge a flat delivery fee of ￡5for orders under ￡20.
Processing time？
Once you have successfully placed an order, please allow us 2 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Our team works diligently to prepare and package your items for shipment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
What if the address changes?
If you need to modify the phone number or address reserved when placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will not be able to modify the information after the order has been placed.
Please Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a non-PO Box shipping address to receive your product.
What if the order is canceled?
If an order has been placed but it has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund if the order is cancelled. If the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order, you can apply for a refund after receiving the goods.
Do I need to pay customs or import charges for my order?
The Blurfash online store covers all customs, duties and taxes for all customers. No additional fees will be surcharged after order placement.Price displayed at checkout is final.
Does it support international shipping?
We currently ship within the UK. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking？
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
